Nice work, Dave!
Every Saturday night I have a hot curry and always eat a 10 pack of poppadoms with it. Love my grub. You need to get that fuel from somewhere!

Ive heard about this diet and I think it can be defined as "carb loading" Ah well you only live once. Just remember to burn it off when your back on the roads and youll be fine

PS nice confessional but we aren't priests so this info will be everywhere

... And even if we were priests, I'm not sure the info divulged would be guaranteed to remain sacred.

Well someone has to say it... that's pretty darn excessive!

I'm all for rewarding and treating myself from time to time, but that's like probably 2days or more worth of food/drink (calorific content) in one sitting, and hardly healthy calories either?! Here was me thinking people ran for the benefits to their health!

I guess everyone has their own reasons for doing things

Hi all

Saturday today and have been a little naughty.

Ate quite a few Jaffa Cakes, drank quite a few cups of coffee, some cheese on toast for tea and about 4 slices of toast with some 'seriously strong' spreading cheese (yum).......oh and a coconut snowball thing with jam in the middle.

Extra long run tomorrow me thinks

Cheers

Gary
