curry for me was good too, what the hell!

Big excuse today.

Firstly it was my sisters 10th birthday so there was a barbecue at my parents house

Secondly I had a long shift being in charge of the Saturday staff at work

So I had a few burgers and 2 glasses of wine. And some chocolate cake (which its only saving grace was the fact that it was home made lol).

I'll Burn it all off on a long run tomorrow I swear!
