Well I calculate, completely unscientifcally, that I burn off 100 cals per 8min mile..a round of cheese, onion and mayo must be 5 miles worth of cals.
No doubt someone will surf and find an appropriate site with more accurate info!

Just been on to MyFoodBuddy.com...apparently a large cheese, mayo and onion sarnie is 395 cals.....depends though on how generous you are with the cheese and mayo though!!

Also no reference to marge/butter and a turkey sarnie has more cals than a cheese sarnie apparently....find that hard to believe
