Why cheap bread?

BLT or Club

Or the old Elvis favourite, although with moderation : peanut butter (has to be crunchy) and banana fried sandwich.

Favorite from my student days - A 'cheesy comestible'.

Tiger bread from Tesco - toasted (fresh bake stuff with stripes on - they still sell it), slices of cheese, tomatoes, and spread with cheap mayo (as it is tangy rather than creamy). You may call it a cheese & tomato toastie but that would be missing subtle critical differences

Oh yes - of course, doesn't enhance performance - but it saw me through a few thousand episodes of Neighbours.

it has to be cheap bread for a banana/honey sarnie coz it is virtually tasteless so you can taste the filling more

[rant] Problem is getting some ripe tomatoes in this country. Why do supermarkets think it is acceptable to sell orange, floury sh1t with no juice and no flavour? [/rant]

That being said, mozzarella, tomato, olive oil and black pepper on focaccia.

I beg to differ... how can Marmite be evil when it's a good source of B vitamins, which are essential for a healthy nervous system
