Just a tip for the new members here regarding weight loss...
While it's normal to see huge drops in the early weeks these are really the easy lbs to shed, the low-hanging fruit if you like!
After about a month the weight loss will slow down and become more difficult, so your training will have to go up and you'll have to be more aware of what you're eating.
That's the REAL test of nerve and the work that matters. Enjoy huge success at the moment, expect it to become slower but you'll always be feeling better and be becoming healthier week on week...so, you've been forewarned and forearmed!
At that stage it's actually considered bad practice to lose more than 2lbs/1Kg per week as it can be detrimental to your health for a host of different reasons. This the body's natural progression so listen to it and stick with the programme...Welcome Again!
