Thursday's Question!

I don't like having to make a meal when I come in from a run so I'll often put a jacket potato in the oven before I go out (HSE OFFICERS WINCE NO DOUBT!).

What's your favourite JP topping?

I have two,

Tuna, sweetcorn and light mayo

Or beans, then let some fine cheddar melt over the beans and JP

Mmmh, well I eat the skin if the JP is well-cooked. But so many places serve JP's with skins as tough as cardboard. They hurt my jaws too much. And then I leave the skins alone.

I've also just realised I never cook JP's at home!

But my favourite topping is also mince and gravy.
