Best wishes to all on the forum from North of the Border. Anyone who has gone for a run up here recently has either a) slashed their PB if the wind was behind them, or b) isn't back yet if it was against !

Celebrations (and excuses) over now, have to get back to serious training, first race on 13th January (5K in Edinburgh).

Hope you all achieve what you hope to in 2007

Hope you all had a good rest, I was a real boffin as I have started my training for 1/2 marathon in March and so far have kept to the schedule, santa sent me new trainers and running glasses and I am very pleased with both
