Yeah but you forgot to mention, we can do other things at the saem time as moaning and nagging, like add salt to your cup of tea, which we have waiting for you when you take a step through the door, after your 'hard day at work' or we can let the dog/cat lick your steak before we cook it 'just as you like it'.................may i add i have never done anything like this, but it will now put doubt in your minds, when your good lil wifeys say here you go darling, just as you like it, and they have that lil smug grin on their faces........................Men beware we are the stronger sex..............fact lol we are a force not to be reckoned with muhahahahaha

LOL - brought a smile to my face this morning Steepler !!
For the record, my 'Man flu' is downgraded now to a nasty head cold, I've sent the wife out for some Cider to watch the Rugby this afternoon, hopefully the start of the road to recovery.
Might have to start about running again soon .......

I hope your "medication" does the trick Granty.Ease youself back at a steady pace though as those nasty head colds can take a while to clear up.Give the missus a break from the hoovering and let her out to get you some more medication tomorrow then watch a game on T.V. that should help speed your recovery.

Warm slippers sound nice, stayed up and watched the cricket at 3:00am this morning, feet were bloody freezing !
Being serious for a moment, I'm having a bad run of things at the mo. - chest infection now, still ran last night but a real struggle.
Bath Half Marathon in only 7 weeks time !!

And if you had any sense you'd have gone to bed when Vaughan was out! Still the Oz marketing men have got what they wanted now.
I trust your good lady will be rubbing Vicks in for you!
7 weeks to go is still a reasonable time to get fit for the 1/2m. What mileage are you at now?
