I am just picturing you lot running in 'Chariots of Fire' type shorts! Are they preferable to lycra!
As for the ladies, I am not sure just when we were 'allowed' to run? or what we had to wear........long dresses. (back to Dave).

Not long socks, but usually odd ones, I don't bother pairing them up. Shorts yes, haven't got a bad pair of pins! |

I will have to get someone to run behind me with a camera. Someone did try and get a picture of me near the finish of Romsey five mile, but I was too quick, just caught one foot!......I can't say that happens too often! |
