Thanks Nellie... but don't stress about your motivation, I can completely understand how you feel. You will do it when the time is right.
As for me, I was having quite a good day. Had a productive day at work and felt really positive... until, that is, I got home and opened my post.
I had some blood tests a few weeks ago and I had a letter today saying that they are mostly ok except my cholesterol level is high at 7!
I've done some research to find what the normal levels are and found that the
ideal level: cholesterol level in the blood less than 5mmol/l,
mildly high cholesterol level: between 5 to 6.4mmol/l,
moderately high cholesterol level: between 6.5 to 7.8mmol/l, and
very high cholesterol level: above 7.8mmol/l.
The risks of having a high cholesterol level are clotted arteries, heart disease leading to heart attacks and strokes.
I can't understand it... I eat healthily, I'm a vegetarian, always look at fat content on foods before buying, I exercise regularly and more than the average person, and I am most definitely not overweight.
I phoned the doctors and a GP is going to phone me on Monday to discuss it.
I'm really fed up and also very concerned because if the tests are correct then something else must be causing it
