ooops I've done it again...
Got online, came in here, saw a few peeps were online too, posted a couple of times, and then....


I was suddenly on my own The only RF forumite left online... Trinity no mates

This isn't the first time this has happened recently... are you guys trying to tell me something

It's all gone quiet... I'll keep checking who's online... not that I'm paranoid or anythin


And as for treats... sadly I resisted, due to ongoing diet

But the good news is that I have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks and am now 8 stone 4, which is just 4 pounds from target
