Well this will only be number 399, and I'm still at work.....ugh, I expect you lot are out enjoying yourselves, drinking or running...... whatever!
I haven't had a drink since Tuesday (this week) no drink tonight either, this is getting serious now!

Thanks Granty, enjoy your cider, Good Luck with the Bath Half. Bit hilly is it? I come to Bath quite a lot to visit my elderly Godfather, will be up this Sunday, but definately avoid the 25th.

Cheers BP, I believe its a tad hilly and considered it a good challenge. My aim will be to try and shave 10 mins off the Bristol one and get it down to 2:10 (ish) and then aim for Bristol in September to run sub 2 hr (sounds so easy when I type it !!)
You'll have to enter the Bath next year, we could have a 'mini-race' :eek:
