Swimming Shorts

After advice if possible from swimmers. I'm just doing one swim a week but my old trunks are decidedly past their best. The longer tight shorts (jammers?) seem a good option and there are loads on Wiggle, around £15-20. Can anyone recommend any? And how is the sizing. My waist size in most things is size 32 and wondered if you size up or not for swim shorts.

i have a pair of speedo jammers - you should go for your true size, only downsize if you compete

I would imagine you would have to be very confident in your nether regions to downsize in jammers. I think I'll stick to swimming against the drag of baggy shorts!

I use Ronhill lycra shorts most of the time, then my boardshorts for more resistance..

I have a pair that are like the ones daniel craig had in James bond.

Sadly, I do not have his physique.

I'm still using the same pair of swimming shorts I have had for 12 years! I can't properly swim so they only get used a few times a year.

ordered some now from wiggle, that were about £18, seem ok, the cheaper ones were not getting great reviews in terms of how long they last.
