As long as we have 5 interested I can set up a league....more would be better though.

SWMBO used to play..at one stage our Sundays were quite hectic with me playing in the morning, then running a youth team in the afternoon and SWMBO playing in the afternoon too. Thank God we gave that all up to run!

I have set up the Private League for 10 teams. This can be reduced (to 5 min) or added to (to 20 max) anytime before the allocation of players which is set for 7/8.

To join the league search for its name which, imaginatively, is Runners Forum Liga and the password is SPRINT

You'll see my team there already....OB IRONWORKS (which I expect Dave and Hayley to understand!)

Join asap...the more the merrier!

Players are allocated to each squad by reference to the order you and other league teams have placed them. No squad therefore will consist of everyone you want... the idea being you are put in the position of a real manager. As a consequence a player can only be allocated to one squad in the league. Once squads are allocated you need to pick your team/subs for each "set" of 38 real premiership games.

Sounds complicated but I'm sure it'll be fine!!

Not happy about losing to MK Dons after being 2-0 up...need to sort defence out sharpish!

I assume you've seen details of the league name and password on this thread. The league is set up for 6 teams at the moment...I can enlarge if need be. I thought Dave would enter but he's not logged on for a while so he could be on hols.

Luckily I was not affected by the floods, have friends who were - horrendous !

Have read your injury thread....Florence SE will prescribe soon I suspect! Injuries are the curse of runners...I'm still slowly getting over mine and its been months....not that I want to be depress you further you understand!

I can't imagine what it must be like to be flooded...bloody awful I'm sure. Glad you got lucky.

I see Worcestershire won't be playing at New Rd again this season...what a complete mess they've been left with.

I think it might be time for Mr Bell to be rested.....
