SWMBO and I had a week in the Alps...proper hillwork that was!!

I know someone else like that...and just as well she is or I'd be single.

We're just back from the Alps too. Hope you enjoyed the same good weather we had.

A running holiday as well RF ??

That sounds good!
Rich and I were wondering if SWMBO had buried you under the patio

So where were you RF? We were 40ks or so west of Chamonix.
We had a day of rain on Tuesday ( so went to Annecy)but the rest of the week was grand!

We started off in Grindelwald, camped under the Eiger, and had three good days 'getting high' to mountain huts on the Faulhorn, Wetterhorn & Schreckhorn. Then on the Tuesday of the first week, when it rained, we moved to Kandersteg, our favourite place in the Alps, for nine days of glorious weather. Didn't do any racing this year and only ran twice in the whole fortnight.
