I know this may be a bit of a bum topic (pardon the pun), does anyone have experience of colonic hydrotherapy??

I am booked up for a whole body detox thing (1st time ever) which includes a colonic and wondered if anyone had gone for one before and what benefits they felt afterwards.

Sorry if its a bit of a weird topic/thing to ask, but I am curious about other peoples experiences (if there are any).

In the past I would have 'poo pood' the idea, but now I am willing to give it a try.
