Next time you are in Holland and Barrett buying your oatmeal, do not purchase the dried raspberries covered in white chocolate. Not unless you have an awful lot more willpower than I do, or are quite happy to consume the entire packet in one go.

I have actually managed to stop eating them before I finished the packet, but only by making myself put them away out of reach. I also force-fed them to several of my colleagues, who immediately wanted to know where the nearest H&B was. I should be on commission.
