Of course the elected body of London don't vandalise anything do they?
Look at some of the ghastly buildngs going up round St Pauls next time you visit London and ask me if Bansky would have done a worse job! At least Banksy has a sense of humour. If you've ever been to Shoreditch and seen his work you'll see it brightens up a pretty grim area.
