well.... atm i'm consuming a few JD's to unwind.
Sat am planning a 5miler (weather permitting) followed by an afternoon of Guitar Hero on PS3 and an evening with the OH
Sun morning chores, afternoon catching up on soaps, evening visiting family
It will probably turn out completely differently to this, but that is the plan for now :-)
what are your plans?

same as any other day to me- they all roll into one another in an endless cycle
sorry - that sounds depressive doesnt it -  apologies
erm.... i really need to get a life .....
i have 1 hell of an answer for the same question this time next week though
 RUNNING THE LONDON MARATHON !

You'll like what I'm doing this weekend Bear. I'm going to a black tie ball tomorrow night It's at the Hilton and I will be wearing a posh frock and quaffing free champagne!

There may well be pics! It's all in aid of a really good charity (it raises funds for all the children's hospices in Scotland) so it's quite a big event. I'm excited! Been a long time since I was allowed out at night

about 7 miles tomorrow and then a little jog on tuesday and then thats it
it supposed to be taper time when you drastically reduce your milage to be fresh for the day
