Howdy all! I'm back!! and sadly I've not really been doing any training

Need to get back onto it though if I want to crack my goals for the year - starting tonight with a run at the club. Decided I'm not going to taper for Glooston as it's not going to be a PB attempt so i'll just see what I can manage on the day.
I did mean to post before my departure for a week, but alas I was running late as usual so didn't get a chance to let you know I was off to Egypt before running out the door at 4am to drive down to Gatwick.
