Last night, at the gym, as usual went for a shower, as I have done a squillion times before, so I shuld know better, but as I was shutting door, hung towel up and pressed the shower button...............I stupidly expected WARM water, but what I got was an icy blast that gave me such a fright I fell forward......................Through the door that I hadn't shut properly, and into the cubicle opposite that was OCCUPIED.......................

I have never ever been so mortified in all my life!!

So lesson - make sure doors are shut and dont stand under a shower when u turn it on!!

Also - do not try to sneakily break wind when running AND wearing headphones - take headphones out first!! Thankfully only my sis heard - or so she says!!

once broke wind whilst doing a tumble turn and my 4rse was out of the water. To make matters worse there were a number of parents on the poolside watching their little darlings having swimming lessons. They must have heard it, I did and my head was under water:eek:
