Yup - IM here I come - holidays are made for relaxation... The only times I'm aware of are beating the 2:30 swim cutoff (should do this with an hour to spare) and the 17 hour finish deadline (again I hope to have some time to spare).

I won't here any negative talk, but I don't expect to win!

Rich and I got back (to reality) on Tuesday

I am now on a strict diet...can't believe how much weight I've put on in 2 weeks away... well, actually, knowing how I was eating and drinking, I can

It's a good thing we did run while we were away or the damage could have been much worse!

Well obviously I would have been there, Hollywood, only I had another appointment with the Germans on the naturist beach . . stiff upper lip . . best foot forward and all that. Can't let the Germans get the upper hand after all!!
