Just checked..thought it was in Essex but it's near Ipswich.....must be the broken tooth effecting my brain!!

Good afternoon all.
A good race yesterday Dave/T.T.
as T.T. said Dave, sorry we didn't get to much of a chance to chat, but a good result for your boy.
Was it close to your P.B. yesterday Dave as I know you've had some good results recently?
I got a new P.B. , I knocked about a minute off of my Horndon-on-the-hill time from last year.
Looking forward to southend 10k with it being fast/flat/traffic and (hopefully) wind free. 
It looks like you can only enter Southend 10k by post Dave, Just looked at RW website and no online entry.

There's a training run for your Ultra Steve......Hadleigh to Hadleigh then over to leigh on sea for some cockles when you've finished.

Nice run HF.
I was about 1:45 off my PB which I set at Billericay last year.
I was happy with the time considering the course and the wind.
Hopefully we can all improve at Southend next month.

They reckon he cheated squint he never done such thing, he gave him back his place, Kimi forced Lewis off the track and because he did that and then let Kimi have his original place back they said he cheated and if that would not of happened Kimi would of won. (year right)
