You must be looking forward to Billericay in particular then Dave.
Thanks, the course was a bit of a shocker, very narrow in places and you really had to watch your footing at times. A bit dodgy running over those angled stone slabs.
Thanks for the link, I remember you mentioning that a while ago now.
I've just booked my place. Roll on 5th October.

The advantage with your alarm Trin is it has a snooze button and goes beep beep beep. Mine can go off anytime from 5-6am and goes MUMMY MUMMY DADDY DADDY OPEN GATE and has no snooze button.

We are not all married into money squint. If I snooze my alarm at 6 I am late for work. Too much of that and I lose my job/house/wife

I went for a dental check up this morning (everything is fine), but they took my blood pressure. I have never had my blood pressure taken before, but figured it would be low. It wasn't It was 139/86, and the nurse said this was too high. She said they will need to take it again next time and monitor it. She said it might be higher than usual because I had been rushing about to get there etc. But still, it is really on the highest scale of "normal". I just don't get it. I eat right, exercise a lot and I am at a perfect weight. I shouldn't have high blood pressure. GRRRR

If you were rushing about or had a stressful morning then it would throw your blood pressure reading more than you might expect... the heart can be very sensitive to a number of things. Try and reach your lowest resting heart rate while on a bus or train or something looking out the window... I bet you can't!
