Just put your gloves on Mid and make out your doing gardening
I dont know what to do with gardens apart from water the plants and cut grass
I brought shrubs so i wouldnt have to do anything to them

I know that area a bit, although I try to avoid the A1067 as much as possible! Went to the Sports Village on a Primary School outing once and broke my toe. I don't think I've been once in the 15 years since...
As for just putting the gloves on, that's pretty much all I'll do. I'm trying to take the rubbish out of the flower bed and stick bark down to limit how much grows back (at least that's the theory). It's a shame because the people that lived here before must have spent hours in the garden and we just can't match that. The landlady's mum would like us to do all sorts of improvements to the place, something we won't really be putting our mind to because we only rent, and I'd rather save for my own house than add value to someone else's!!

you have to get a black lining then stick the bark over the top Mid, you can get it from garden centre, the dark lining stops the weeds growing, you get the odd one still sticking through lol
OOHHH i do know something lol

Morning all! (though it's nearly afternoon now!)
Leece, I know there's nowt wrong with Jap cars... they're probably my favourite! Easily on a par with the German offerings, if not better. Who's the leading motoring manufacturer eh? Apologies to those owning them, but I'd rather have a 70k, 7 year old Celica than a near new french toy

Well i have found (being an expert lol) german and jap cars, hubby has had Hondas and swears by them.
New MINI's good solid car but cheaply made (considering the price) plastics etc.. (made in oxford lol) had three of them now, last one covertible the car used to rattle like anything, got on my nerves in the end so i went VW.
Had a french car Renault 182, was so cheaply made also, considering the price of it :S you could see all the metal in the boot

courgette soup?!
My old man has grown corgettes for the past few years, initially it was a case of leaving them on the plant and watching them grow... I swear these courgettes technically became marrows by the time they were picked!

mmmmmm roasted courgettes are nice.
ooohhhhhhhhhh big courgettes then........ amazing what you can grow in your own back garden my dad has grape vines
And this is true my boy alfie ate an apple and the core was left so my dad took the apple sea and planted it in a little pot and now its started to grow quite big.
He has a pear one on the go now also.
So the apple tree is called Alfie now.
