Hi guys.

I just had big post typed and lost it

Anyway, the gist of it was this;

Weather in N Ireland is awful, so much so that the building I am about to move into in work flooded on Sunday. It opened in June. £20million odd. Architect didn't notice that there was a large slope off the hill and carpark leading right to the main entrance Drains might have been a good idea. Also, get this, (no wind up here, promise) the swimming pool flooded and is closed this week. Only in Ireland.

Have a good one.

If you see any sun, send it here, PLEASE!!!! SAD is setting in in August

It's a PB for me anyway, I have not raced that distance before, it was a hard course.

I said something terrible to another runner last night, when I stopped to tie my laces not once but twice, I eventually caught up with the three runners that went by me and as I was passing the first one I said to him "let's hope my laces don't come undone this time" and as I went by I thought my what was you thinking I didn't mean it to sound the way it did, like it was an incovenience going back past you, I tried to find him after the race to appologise but I couldn't find him, oh the shame of it

Thank you Dave, I am chuffed.

We'll have to lock that Bloomfield bloke in the loo before the next race.
He's Unbelievable!

I've just looked at the crown link. If I can juggle my shifts around a bit I would like to join you in that one, I don't think it'll be a problem.

TT will be up for it I'm sure.

I've noticed that some of the runners from last night seem to run a bit quicker in the crown event, so that would be interesting. You did mention that you think it's a slightly easier course.

Bloomfield seems to win most of the local races HF.

The Crown to Crown course is slightly easier IMO.(Some think it is harder.)

It is also 5k rather than the 5.2k last night. And it is only one lap.

My Crown to Crown PB is 55 Seconds faster than last nights Course.

Hope to see you both there.

our club has a 'fun' fining system and if your laces come undone during a race it's a 50p fine

I always double tie mine
