Oh there was cake left over, plenty for everyone a big chocolate cake with chocolate icing tasted great and made by Mrs Squints own fair hands.
You joke about A and E H my Dad dropped Mrs Squints Boss' youngest on her head. Oops well done father.
And pass the parcel took ages. I kept giving Mrs Squint that I told you so look.

well, my photos went down well, I got a two 1st places, a 2nd, and a special commendation, see mrbigcog flickr page to see them
Also did a timed 5k, slightly hampered by some very flooded patches of road. 21:20. Any idea what sort of indication that gives of how a race day 10k might pan out. Hoping to go close to 44 minutes, we'll see a week today.

Morning All
Steve - hate friday how come
Dave - Didn't get a chance to talk for very long on Sunday, how did you find the course and would you do it again? Did your son's football team win more importantly?
Although I dicovered I got a PB (didn't start my watch doh) it wasn't what I wanted as I have proved to be quicker over longer runs, how strange. But it was really really windy on Sunday and the course wasn't very consistent.
Hope everyone else had a good weekend with good results if raced
TT

Morning all... I don't mind my monday's since it's rare that I have a monday morning meeting and it gives me a bit of a chance to catch up with the forum and a few other bits and bobs I still dread them on Sunday's though. lol.
Isn't it staying dark in the mornings lately eh?

Morning TT.
It was a bit of a rush yesterday morning.
Not my favourite 10k course thats for sure, but a good test and i would run it again.
Well done on the PB,Really impressive on that course, and in that wind.
You should be able to improve on that if you manage to run Southend and/or Billericay
My sons football was only a friendly, they won 4-1. Thanks.

I will be doing Southend and Billericay so fingers crossed, although I think Southend has a strict limit I will be taking a look at that this morning.
Great news for your son's footy match even if it is a friendly
