They are sat in a three bed semi watching a film on a 28" tv. Not a bad life eh.

They even get away with eating the wallpaper. Only the lounge to decorate and we will be wallpaper free

Cool. I've seen it as I have that as a podcast.

Ours aren't so neat but will eat any book they can get near. Including a £150 text book I bought for Mrs Hrun when she was studying

Heinz (my schnauzer, hence Heinzster) ate Mrs Heinster's absolute favourite pair of very expensive shoes. This means a lot as they were favourites in a large collection Nearly cost me my marriage and my life so I can sympathise. (I was in house and not providing adequate dog sitting)

I had something similar when we got a new dog and it happily chewed a Dior bag of Mrs Squints the bollocking I got was unreal it was all my fault, not hers for leaving it where they could get it!

My parents used to have a cat called Felix, he's the chap in my avatar pic!

He died a short while ago and I'm still gutted over it, we had him for 11 years and was great fun.

Even better though was another cat we had, a huge fluffy tabby cat who lived life in the slow lane even when he was in trouble. One Sunday he managed to set his tail on fire whilst we were making lunch, the stink was horrendous! The cat looked rather odd with a tiny thin little tail for months afterwards!
