Not been on recently as my IT manager at work blocked the site. I managed to get a workaround so I could read posts but it was a lot of hassle to reply!!

Hope everyones running is going well! After doing the White Peak Mara, I got really busy (and partly lazy) so not really been running much. Went out tonight did 6 miles dead slow and it was hard work! So my advice is never have an unenforced long break, it's blooming hard work getting back into it!!
