Basically work is still busy just now and basically Im not getting much time to read the forums! I know!! How dare my work take up my valued time and expect me to work while in the office!!!!

Anyway, if I have missed any important threads or a reply that someone has made to something I said, please point me in the direction, otherwise I will just scan the messages when I get a chance

It's just weird not knowing exactly whats going on! For a while there I was keeping up with all the ins and outs but as I say, work is really busy just now and I have a couple of projects due in before the Christmas break.
Going for a training run today though for the January 5k so looking forward to that.

I totally sympathis with Owain, my employers have made me work over the past couple of days. Usually I do less work than Santa.

Ok.....here goes.....lots of people lost weight, several had pains in their thighs/ankles/calves/shoulders, there was a social in Scotland & down south, everyone fell over a lot as there's been loads of ice & snow, & we had Squirrelgate.

If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

I knew about the socials (since I was at one of them ) but thanks for the update.

I think I am managing to keep up again, just taking time at lunch to read the forum and grab a couple of minutes here and there during office time
