The offer is only valid for one pair per user who reaches 50, there is no bonus for posting more. Now, Steepler has very respectable PB's and is one of the most senior and most respected members on this forum and posts on average 1.38 posts a day, that's not exactly much nor does he spam. Some of his advice may conflict with other advice, but the good thing about this forum is that you get so many different opinions about different aspects of running. There is no qualification for you to offer advice.
