I had the 1.5 pints over a 2 hour period so think I was ok to drive.....mind you there do appear to be a number of lampposts on their sides this morning and a few dents in my car!!

No commitment at all...I missed a 10k for a charity golf day!

Aaah... Here's a good one to bring back to the fore...
Just finished the last couple of measures from the christmas Jack Daniels....
.... Would be a shame to stop there when my all-knowing partner kindly brought a fresh bottle back with her from the shops last night (in anticipation of me running out... bless her! ).Attachment 97

Don't think of it as boozing. Think of it as re-hydration

Booze-type quotes...

Alcohol is a misunderstood vitamin.

Alcohol is necessary for a man so that he can have a good opinion of himself, undisturbed by the facts.

I was at a 25th wedding anniversary last night, so I've no idea how much booze I consumed.

Probably too much, tho'......

Well I normally drink Friday and Saturday evenings, varies how much I drink by the company I keep

No drinkies on Fridays if I have a long weekend run.
