Opening gig of theire UK tour at Carling Academy Glasgow last night, if you like this sort of stuff and they're anywhere near you get along, they were absolutely brilliant. Even better the gigs are getting recorded and if you ahng around for 15 mins at the end you can buy a CD of the gig you just heard. Listened again this morning on my run - the wonders of the digital
age !

Always liked Brendan Benson and saw the White Stripes years ago.
Very good combination. Album is awesome!

Already a big Jack White fan, I was so impressed with Brendan Benson, just ordered a couple of his albums on ebay. Jack seemed to enjoy himself so much being a "band member", I'm really looking forward to what they could come up with as a second album after getting a load of gigs under their belts.
