That is a good time, don't be disappointed at all considering the time you have had to take off...

Bagpuss,

I know you live not too far from here. Are you planning on doing the Goring 10K (25th Feb)?

Hi Karen,

Well I wasn't.....but I could! Not doing much running showed yesterday, I was really stiff from the run on Sunday, mind you not having time to warm up properly didn't help.

The next couple of weeks are really busy for me, so my running will be limited, but I should be able to manage a 10k, maybe not worrying about the time though.

Are you thinking of doing it? I'll do it if you are !!!

I see from the website that it is fairly popular so entries need to be in asap. Is it 'undulating'? or hilly?

It would be nice to meet up, I expect you are fitter than me though!

Speak to you soon,

Lyn.

Karen/Bagpuss,

Will it be a case of the dog chasing the cat if you both do the Goring 10k?!

I think I will need chasing to keep me going. I have just read the info on the race and it descibes it as 'challenging'. This could mean anything!

I followed some very interesting bottoms on Sunday, both male and female. Mind you, I won't describe it, but one, I just had to overtake!
