Hi all

Apologise in a big way for any 'cheese':

Waiting For A Star To Fall (Workout Mix) 6:39
Fascination by Alphabeat 2:59
Thunder in my Heart (Workout mix) 2:55
UK Big Brother Theme 3:16
Umberella by Rihanna (Haji & Emmanuel Mix) 4:02
Love On My Mind By Freemasons 5:13
Let me Think About It 2:31
Love Is Gone (Fred and Joachim Mix) 3:23
I Want Your Soul - Armand Van Helden 3:14
I Feel Love (Phatt Remix) by CRW 8:09
I'll Be Ready by Sunblock 2:56
Hung Up (Extended) by Madonna 5:36
New Day by The Shapeshifters 3:26

A couple of real cheesy ones that I am not mentioning

Nothing great by any standard but they keep me going. Have to say that I discovered Alphabeat just the other day and played Fascination on the final stage on getting home and it gave me a little boost!

Cheers

Gary

Well I guess this proves, what works for one does not work for all

I could not imagine running without my iPod..... although saying that, I sometimes get through several songs without actually knowing what I had just listened too....

I use everything that keeps me going. Apocalyptica, Metallica, Linkin Park, etc.

It's a kind of automatic pilot, the Japanese, especially those involved in the martial arts, refer to this doing things without thinking as "mushin" meaning "no mind". Unlike my username wich means the opposite, a state of being aware.
