This happens to me when I'm driving, seem to blank out parts of the journey, bit worrying really :eek:

It's a kind of automatic pilot, the Japanese, especially those involved in the martial arts, refer to this doing things without thinking as "mushin" meaning "no mind". Unlike my username wich means the opposite, a state of being aware.
