Hi guys

No this is not the Marathon de sables, but a marathon in Zagora in the desert on the 31dec- I was thinking about entering it but i have only completed one marathon before in Amsterdam last year in about 4hrs 20

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that had done it and could let me know how hard they thought it was? If it is on piste in the desert or tracks? or just through sand?

I would suggest that you get a couple more marathons under your belt first though, if you want to do it justice.

Probably worth running a marathon in the summer somewhere in europe to see how you cope with the heat
