Mr Simkiss, I think we might have exchanged a couple of words by way of 'well done' at the finish...I was the old boy in the (pretty much) all black gear.

Q: where do the results go up?
ahh were you the one that had the calf problem before hand??? if so then a better result even still

well done

i think the results will be on SSFC - Events when i asked yesterday they said they should be on either last night or tonight, and hopefully in athletics weekly.

Certainly was DC......mindless rockin' at its best. Ouch

Love the W'nock. Which summer 6 is that? I can't keep up......

No, not in a club although getting a bit of cajoling from Stratford now an again..Roger Wilson has the odd word when we cross paths! TBH my commitments seem to make me a bit random, tho' I acknowledge would probably be beneficial

Bishops Itchington is better still

Strange though, my nearest clubs are still Leam/Kenilworth... atko, don't let commitments put you off joining a club... just turn up when you can or want to - I'm rarely able to get along to club evenings but I'm still glad to be a member - club races are also very enjoyable

See you at Summer Six/Wedgenock

I give it a 10. Shaved is the way to go

He also has a nice shaped head for it. Many people don't!

Some good results there. Big gap between Simkiss and 3rd place. Over two minutes!!!! Looking at the times, it seems it was quite a tough course.
