Incorrect race details
Bairy, how do I edit race details?
I added the Torbay regatta 10k so i could enter it on my profile, but had a blonde moment and called it the Torbay regatta 5k withba 5k distance

it wasn't listed, so I added it. But I got it wrong. Have a look at the Torbay Regatta, it is a 10k race

I think what you're trying to tell me is you've added the Torbay Regatta, but it's showing up as 5K rather than 10K.
That's not your fault 
Whoever entered the race details put the wrong distance in. I shall correct it now and your profile will be updated.
