I've worn these spikes for a couple of XC seasons now and they've been fine. As with most spikes the shoe is a simple, lightweight structure.

From Puma's Trailfox range of off road shoes, the Puma Complete Trailfox provides a good grip and keeps the water out.

These are Sauconys top of the range cushioning shoes. I've had my pair around 3 months now and they appear to be much more durable than their predecessor. Ventilation is also much improved.

I use this shoe for general road training. It's a highly cushioned shoe with good width around the toe area (I have wide feet).
