Spikes (What should I look out for?)
Hi,

I had my feet tested for my road running shoes, would I do the same for my spikes?

Howcomes some spikes have no heel and some do?

Mike - Spikes without a heel are sprint spikes, with a heel, middle or long distance....

Go to a specialist for your spikes mate.
Brooks Z2 is good this season.
