Asics vertigo seem a good price but cant seem to find any info on them
I would be looking to use them for 3-4 mile jogs as a starter.

Ascis shoes are popular with many runners but you need to get yourself to a specialist running shop to have you gait (running style) assessed to see what type of shoe suits you best. I would try on as many shoes as possible but please don't buy a random pair of shoes off the internet as you run the risk of developing an injury.

Yep id definately agree with SE, try on a lot and u will feel when u have the right pair on. I run in Asics and my feet definately love them but everyone will be different!
