When i first decided to start running, I bought a pair of Saucony branded shoes thinking "oh they're running shoes... great!". Little did I know, i actually needed some stability shoes for my over-pronation. A month later after several ankle injuries and pains left right and centre, i had a GAIT test and was fitted with some rather more expensive Mizuno shoes.

Hard lesson to learn!
