Racing Flats
Is there a limit to what distance racing flats should be worn over? I was thinking on placing a 10 mile limit on mine as they don't offer much cushioning and I suspect could cause injury... whats everybody elses preference?

Mate of mine ran the Lndon to Brighton in a pait of Nike Spiridon Gold!
Realisticaly a marathon if you weigh less then 10st.
