Adidas Women's 5k challenge - Hyde Park

Has anyone done this run before?

I'm thinking of entering, to give myself a new 5km run to aim for, now that I'm not going to be able to run my Race for Life (or not all of it, anyway - good news is that I had to run for my train this morning, and I managed it without my foot screaming at me - it told me off in no uncertain terms but soon shut up - definite progress).

There's not much info on the website, though, and I wondered what it was like as a run. Being in London, I can see it being absolutely huge and there not being much opportunity to do much more than shuffle round due to the vast numbers of people.

Hello there,

This race is a great choice, with a superb atmosphere and lots of support from the crowds. We are targeting this race this year and the feedback I am getting from previous runners is that it is well organised, a lovely day out and there is room to actually run if you want to!

I hope this helps and fingers crossed your foot recovers soon!
