I dont suppose anyone out there needs a running partner ?
I live in Stevenage Herts, I run 3/4 times a week and can manage 5k runs but looking to improve !

Is my only alternative to join a club ?

On the club side of things you have the Fairlands Valley Spartans. www.fvspartans.org.uk , I believe they meet at John Henry Newman School. I have seen them on my way to work running near the school and hospital in packs

I run whenever it suits really and as far routes im not too fussy, i kind of just go for it !

I work at John Lewis (at the moment, looking for new job), but am on the night shift and prefer to run straight after work. usually go home at 6ish and go out straight away. would the mornings be any good to you???

I cant run until 9am in the mornings due to school run !
