Good luck in Brighton Steepler.

Chelmsford AC 10k for me on sunday afternoon.

It`s also the Essex County 10k Championships but I don`t think I need to worry about that too much..........

I'm there!

Could be my first ever outing in club kit. The race was excellent last year - perfect racing weather - the weather forecast for this year though looks like its going to be a tad windy...

It may be a bit cool.
Course is dead flat. What club do you run for?

Gorgeous weather for the race yesterday.

Race was lovely. Organisation superb (except for a tiny problem with the luggage tardis). There were a few pedestrians playing Frogger. And apparently I beat Fat Boy Slim.

41:45 for me so I'm happy - I can have the winter off racing now :-)

Just been racing evert month since Feb... and there are a few niggles I shouldn't really ignore... so it's definitely time to ease down, take a few weeks easy, then start on building a base for next year.

Actually I'm doing the same, and for the same reasons.......will run a lot less until the New Year though I do have 2 races in Dec to do. I'll probably run them as pacer for some club members.

I managed 42.28 after being there helping with the set up.
Was tired before I started!
