Thanks lads.
I ran 50.03 2 weeks ago with almost perfect preparation.
The last 2 weeks havn`t been so good ,so I doubt i`ll beat it.
But I shall put everything into it and report back.

Nothing planned.
I`ve run 3 10k races in 6 weeks after 30 years of not racing at all ,and all the races have given me a great buzz, but I`m looking forward to running when I like and how far I fancy without having to think about preparing for a race.
But I don`t suppose it will be long before I`m looking for another one.
