Chichester 10k

Anyone run this one on Sunday?
I did and ran one of my slowest 10k's ever! 41.11.......very poor indeed!
Good race though with real pb potential if you are fit enough.
Quality race at the front as it was the AAA's 10k champs.It was won in 29.09!
