I was on my own tail throughout, I just couldn't drop myself, and at one point the me that was behind nearly tripped the me that was in front up.

My official time was faster than my garmin time.

I`ll stick with the Garmin time.

I`ve got more chance of beating it next time..........

Are you sure you never run under the finish line twice HF.(Just to make sure.....)

I like your thinking!

I've now got two p.b.'s is how I'll look at it Dave.

If I beat either next month I'll be happy.

I may have fallen backwards under the gantry but I didn't have the energy to run anymore than completely necessary
