Malvern Half

Hey, I'm not from the area at all, so sorry if this in in the wrong forum, but yeah, I've decided to run the malvern half marathon in the summer as my dad lives near there and it's an excuse to go visit heh. Anyways, it looks as if it's not on the actual hills - has anyone done this before, what's it like? I'm from Sheffield so I'm used to running on many many hills.

Never run it myself but just wanted to say good luck for it, sometimes it's better not knowing

Just seen the elevation map actually... don't think it's any more steep than the Sheffield half - it's just that the last 6 miles in Shef are downhill, where as in Malvern the last half is uphill... poo. At the moment my long run involves the middle 2 plus last 3 or so being a pretty hefty uphill... still manage to run it at a decent pace though... so there is hope
